Ordering of goods

The buyer means the person, firm or company by or on behalf of whom the order is placed who has bought or agreed to buy the goods from Muscular Supplements Ltd. The seller means Muscular Supplements Ltd. The goods means the articles, products or things described on the web site. All goods and prices are subject to availability; for each order that you make an e-mail will be sent to you confirming that your order has been accepted. However, if at any time Muscular Supplements Ltd becomes aware of any detail, information or documentation that it feels should be checked after your order has been placed, we retain the right to cancel this order at any time before delivery. If your order is not accepted, for any reason, or we are unable to supply the goods (your order) or any part therein, Muscular Supplements Ltd shall inform you by e-mail within 3 days of the order being placed and a full refund given for the goods not supplied. Muscular Supplements Ltd reserves the right not to supply you goods at their discretion and will not deliver any order that has not been paid for in full. We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.

Prices

The prices for the goods are those stated on the web site in UK £ pounds sterling at the time we accept your order, but these may be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the seller. Muscular Supplements Ltd offers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with their quotation displayed on the web site. The prices of goods displayed on the web site will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery. Delivery will be charged in addition to the quoted prices as indicated in the checkout pages. Our delivery charge for any sized up to 30kg is £3.49 per delivery - unless you qualify for free delivery which is orders over £59.99, excluding all shipping costs, or where stated (free delivery) on our web site.. All goods shall be dispatched within 96 hours (four working days) if stock is available.

Prices and delivery charges quoted on the web site are clearly displayed and only apply to goods delivered within the mainland UK. Please note that the Isle of Mann, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands are classed as offshore. Muscular Supplements Ltd prices are very competitive with other reputable online firms meeting all legal guidelines and rules.

Credit Cards and Debit Cards

When placing an order you will be asked for your credit or debit card details.

Muscular Supplements Ltd accepts credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta, american Express, Electron and JCB.

SECPay, an independent Payment Service Provider for authorising online credit and debit card payments, first checks the card details used to purchase goods. You will be informed by e-mail if SECPay cannot accept the processing of the card within 24 hours. This protects both you as a customer and Muscular Supplements Ltd as a supplier of goods against fraudulent transactions.

Delivery of goods

Muscular Supplements Ltd employ nationally recognised courier services to deliver your goods. Muscular Supplements can only deliver to UK Mainland addresses. The delivery time for the receipt of goods is stated on the web site. We will arrange for delivery of the products you order to the address which you specify in the check out procedure, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. However, where the delivery address is different from the cardholders address, we reserve the right to contact you before dispatching the goods and, if we feel necessary, cancel the order.

If you think you may be unavailable to accept your goods we recommend that you notify a friend or relative who can be available to sign on your behalf.

Rules

1. All deliveries must be checked for damages upon arrival/collection before date, name print and signing of the couriers delivery receipt.
2. Any damages must be clearly marked in ink (ballpoint pen) on the delivery/collection courier receipt.
3. Any time the buyer collects from Royal Mail or Initial City Link local depot, rules (a) and (b) will apply.
4. Any other delivery arrangements made between the buyer and courier will be without the consent of Muscular Supplements Ltd and such arrangement will revoke any cover for loss or damage.

Compensation of up to £30 for loss or damage if all delivery rules and procedures are followed. On delivery of your order, if no person is available to sign for the goods a card will be posted stating that a delivery attempt was made on (date) (time), the goods will be returned to the local depot for your collection. The goods must be collected within 7 days from the initial delivery attempt, if you fail to collect the said goods within this time the return to sender (Muscular Supplements Ltd) process will begin. Upon our receipt of the goods a refund will be given (usually by the same method the goods were purchased) minus restocking fee and applicable delivery costs

Initial City Link Delivery Procedure Policy:

Compensation of up to £12 per kg for loss or damage if all delivery rules and procedures are followed. On delivery of your order, if no person is available to sign for the goods a card will be posted stating that a delivery attempt was made on (date) (time), the goods will be returned to the local depot, no further delivery attempt will be made, you must contact the depot to arrange for a re-delivery. If you have failed to contact Interlink Express within five working days (Monday to Friday) of the initial delivery attempt your goods will be returned to Muscular Supplements Ltd. Upon our receipt of the goods a refund will be given (usually by the same method the goods were purchased) minus restocking fee and applicable delivery costs.

Returns and refunds policy

If you are not satisfied with any of the goods delivered, you may return them to Muscular Supplements Ltd within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt Muscular Supplements Ltd will begin to process your return, please allow up to four weeks for a refund. We shall refund any unused item(s) that are returned to us in their original saleable condition and with the original packaging the exact prices paid at the time of purchase for the item(s) in question, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We do not however, accept the return of opened and/or part used goods. We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. We recommend that all returns are securely packaged and sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post. If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us, plus a 20% or a minimum of £5.00 restocking fee, whichever is the greater. If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the 20% or a minimum of £5.00 restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit where rules (a), (b), and (c) will apply.

Right to cancel an order

You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods are dispatched to you.

To cancel an order you must contact our Customer Service team via e-mail at customerservice@muscularsupplements.com with the title "CANCEL ORDER" and a brief reason for cancellation.

If you cancel your order after we have dispatched your goods, Muscular Supplements Ltd will arrange for the goods to be collected from your premises or arrange for you to return the goods to our warehouse. You should not return them to Muscular Supplements Ltd of your own accord unless this is done via registered mail; we will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost or damaged in the post. Upon our receipt of the goods a refund will be given (usually by the same method the goods were purchased) minus restocking fee and applicable delivery costs.

No order or part thereof will be deemed cancelled once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will not be affected.

Muscular Supplements Ltd makes every effort to deliver the goods on time and ensure they match your expectations. However, we cannot be held liable in any circumstances for non-performance of our trading terms because we are impeded by events such as acts of God, war and other hostilities, accidents, strikes, import delays and other events not within the reasonable control of Muscular Supplements Ltd.

Governing Law and Contract Formation

No contract will subsist between you and Muscular Supplements Ltd for the sale to you of any product unless and until Muscular Supplements Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product (whether or not you receive that e-mail). That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Muscular Supplements Ltd sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
